Olumide Frederick Adetiba is a seasoned Human Resource Management and Organisational Development Practitioner, Transformation Strategist and Nation Builder, who strongly believes that Nigeria and Africa would come out of the doldrums in his lifetime. 

He is a co-founder and the Executive Director of the Madiba Foundation for Good Governance, a pan-African non-governmental organization which seeks to promote social equality in the process of development for Africans and other excluded groups.

 Olumide’s work experience cuts across for-profit and not-for-profit entities. He was the pioneer HR/Admin/Finance Manager at Premium Times, from where he rose to the position of Director of Operations. As Director of Operations at Premium Times, he also provided operational support for Premium Times Centre for Investigative Journalism (PTCIJ) now Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) in the effective management of grants from international donor agencies such as the Ford Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, OSIWA etc.

 Over the years, he has built competencies in human resource management, human capital development, administration, operations management, organisational development, finance functions and management, business development, project management as well as media management and relations among others. All these he deploys in helping organisations and businesses achieve their transformational goals.
